Dina Kaplan is a co-founder of blip.tv, an online television network focused on featuring, promoting and monetizing the best original shows on the Web. Dina oversees operations and business development for the company, including finance, media and distribution partnerships, public relations and marketing. Before blip.tv Dina was an Emmy-award winning television news reporter, mostly for local NBC stations. Prior to reporting, Dina worked as an associate producer for MTV News and at the White House as Director of Research for the Office of the White House Counsel. Dina is a judge for the Webby Awards, a member of the Producers Guild of America, on the National Board of Wesleyan University, on the board of the IAWTV (International Academy of Web Television), on the Advisory Board of the Women's Media Center, and the founder and Chair of the New York Founders Club, a group dedicated to promoting the start-up community in New York City.
